Guarantee Subdelta watches

Subdelta BV grants a warranty of two (2) years on your Subdelta watch from the date of purchase in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.

It extends to material defects and workmanship.

The guarantee applies to the following components:

  • Case
  • Movement
  • Hands and dial

If one of the above-mentioned parts shows material defects or workmanship during normal use during normal use, the watch in question will either be repaired free of charge or exchanged for another watch at the discretion of the responsible customer service center (the respective decision is made exclusively by the respective customer service center).

You must provide proof of purchase as proof of ownership.

The manufacturer's guarantee does not apply to:

• watch glass, clasp strap or bracelet

• Damage caused by improper handling, negligence, accident or normal wear and tear

• Water damage if the watch does not have the label Waterresistant on the case back

• Repairs to watches that were not purchased from an authorized Subdelta dealer

• The guarantee is void if the watch is damaged by accident, negligence, improper repair or other circumstances that are not attributable to material defects or workmanship.

IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY OR IF THE WATCH SHOULD BE REPAIRED OTHERWISE Subdelta has no fixed repair prices, the effort determines the price - if the repair is not covered by the guarantee. If the repair costs exceed 50 euros, you will receive a cost estimate and can then decide whether and which repairs should be carried out.

Please send your watch together with your proof of purchase and the corresponding description of the problem to the authorized service center nearest to you.

For repair work that is not covered by the provisions of this guarantee, the service center may charge you the appropriate fees depending on the watch model and the work performed. These fees are subject to change without notice. Please do not send your watch in the original packaging, as this cannot be returned to you.

Subdelta recommends that you send your watch as an insured parcel and that you ensure that you pack the watch securely for transport. Subdelta assumes no liability if your watch is damaged or lost in transit. repair
